What You'll Do
- Challenge assumptions with rigor and respect.
- Pressure-test strategy, communication, and decisions.
- Detect mission drift before it becomes culture.
- Protect coherence across brand, systems, and execution.
- Identify contradictions between what we say and what we do.
- Strengthen decisions through independent judgment.
- Serve as a trusted intellectual counterpart to leadership.

Required Profile
- 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, philosophy, ethics, governance, institutional design, brand stewardship, or comparable high-trust environments.
- Exceptional critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Comfortable disagreeing without ego.
- High personal integrity and discretion.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Able to distinguish conviction from assumption, and evidence from narrative.
