MONON™ — The Witness™

International Experts Only

MASCA™ | Pristina, Kosovo (On-site / Hybrid / Strategic Travel)

About the Role

Every meaningful vision needs a witness. Not an observer. Not a follower.

A person who protects integrity—not by agreeing, but by questioning.

The Witness™ exists to ensure that MONON™ never drifts from its own principles.

The question that defines this role is simple: "Is this still true?"

Core Mission

To safeguard the coherence of MONON™ by continuously testing its ideas, decisions, systems, communication, and growth against its founding principles.

  • Truth before comfort.
  • Integrity before momentum.
  • Clarity before consensus.

What You'll Do

  • Challenge assumptions with rigor and respect.
  • Pressure-test strategy, communication, and decisions.
  • Detect mission drift before it becomes culture.
  • Protect coherence across brand, systems, and execution.
  • Identify contradictions between what we say and what we do.
  • Strengthen decisions through independent judgment.
  • Serve as a trusted intellectual counterpart to leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
