About the Role
You will play a crucial role in creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive atmosphere aligned with our sequenced Curriculum and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote holistic development in children.
- Integrate rights-respecting principles into daily learning practices, fostering respect and empathy.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to maintain a strong learning environment.
- Support continuous improvement through participation in training opportunities.
- Contribute to mentoring and curriculum development, ensuring best practices are maintained.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Montessori Senior Educator (Level 3 and above) with:
- MarcellRoute (AMI or MCI Montessori qualification or equivalent).
- Experience in Montessori education (a must).
- Strong EYFS knowledge with a focus on outstanding practice.
- Commitment to child-led learning rooted in rights-respecting ethos.
- Passion for fostering creativity, independence, and social-emotional growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
