Moody’s Insurance Solutions Graduate Programme – Agentic AI Analyst Role

We are seeking a proactive, curious, and driven graduate to join our Insurance Solutions Graduate Programme. This role aligns with Moody’s commitment to Agentic AI, modelling its values, and contributing to global risk assessment leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate on AI-driven analytics to develop data-driven insights across the insurance lifecycle, supporting catastrophe, climate, actuarial, economic, asset, and credit risk assessments
- Design, test, and refine predictive models using statistical analysis and coding frameworks, embedding Agentic AI capabilities into our workflows
- Work closely with modeling teams, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret data, deliver technical reports, and present actionable findings
- Rotate across insurance analytics, risk modelling, and data research teams to broaden expertise while contributing to innovation initiatives
- Represent Moody’s insights to clients, advising on model applications and sector risks in sectors like cyber, casualty, and emerging risks

Requirements
Education
✔ Master’s degree (or equivalent) in STEM, Machine Learning, Economics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields ✔ Fluency in both spoken and written English for diverse multidisciplinary work
Other Eligibility
✔ Coding experience, whether through coursework or projects (polyvalent languages accepted)
About Your Journey at Moody’s
Start in September 2026 with a student cohort, learning and building your impact alongside peers and leaders. Hone skills in:
Programme Curriculum
- 5-Week Induction: Foundational knowledge in Moody’s tools, risk frameworks, and AI-driven analysis
- Quarterly Rotations (5 cycles): Deploy insights across Tommy Logic (Cyber modelling), Tesla (Casualty models), and Emerging Risks units, plus rotations into complementary sectors
- Accelerated growth: Start building a permanent team role by January 2028
By 2028, any graduate can transition into specialised technical or analytical roles, integrate into leadership pathways, or pivot into client-facing advisory functions—supported by a structured nurturing process.
The Moody’s Insurance Solutions Team
Expect to join a dynamic, experiential team transforming insurance risk analytics. As part of Moody’s Models and Data Business Unit, you’ll tackle emerging challenges in the risk space alongside data scientists, modelers, and engineers. Diverse backgrounds unite here, combining disciplines to:
