# Mortgage Administrator – Part Time – Tadcaster
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join a small but super busy, partner firm within PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The role is based in offices near Tadcaster (LS24).
Our partner firm is a successful, customer-focused Mortgage & Protection advisory business supporting various introducers across Yorkshire. They are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Mortgage Administrator.
About the Role
The position is based in-office, and the ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism while being comfortable interacting with clients, lenders, and providers.
Ideally, we seek an individual with regulatory financial services (FS) experience, particularly in mortgages.
Working Arrangements
- Hours: 15–30 hours per week (flexible hours, but ideal for Monday–Thursday)
- Rate of Pay: £14/hour, self-employed status
- Location: Office-based (near Tadcaster)

Responsibilities
- Regular liaison with lenders/providers to obtain updates on applicant statuses
- Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications to completion
- Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently
- Submit mortgage and protection applications
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 12 months of administration experience (preferably in mortgages or financial services)
- Ability to Resolve issues quickly, confidently, and efficiently
- Outstanding written, spoken, and telephone communication skills
- Excellent customer service with a confident and professional demeanour
