Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Mortgage business who are based in Bournemouth.
Due to expansion, our client are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Administrator/PA to support the Company Directors.
Role
An organised individual to support with Mortgage pipelines.
- Client contact and pre/post offer work tasks.
- Packaging applications, so a detailed understanding of all lenders systems is key.
- Chasing outstanding/additional documents from clients/agents.
- Sending/amending offers.
- Dealing with pre and post offer enquiries with lenders and solicitors.
- Booking clients into the diary for rate reviews, organising meetings and appointments.
- Completing medical questions for protection applications.
- Generating the suitability report for each advice journey.
- Ensuring all advice notes for each journey are accurate and relevant.
- Responding to file review checks and assisting the adviser in the completion of any remedial work.
- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for our attention.
- Running MI reports.
- Collating and filing invoices.

We are looking for an individual who has a depth of knowledge of mortgage application process and who is highly organised.

- Full or part time considered.
- Office based, our client may consider some remote working.
Candidate
- Previous experience within Mortgages essential.
- Previous experience working as a PA a strong advantage.
- CeMAP qualification an advantage. May suit an ex-Mortgage Broker that does not wish to work within a selling capacity.
- An understanding of the full application process and advice process is a strong advantage.
Package
- Basic salary £25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience.
- Full or part time.
