The opportunity
This is a self employed, fully remote opportunity.
About the Role
As a Mortgage Adviser you will be working as part of a nationwide team, providing exceptional service to clients and giving advice across mortgages and protection. Managing incoming enquiries or growing your own client bank you will have all of the tools to take your first step into self-employment and shape your own future, retaining full autonomy over your working day.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and make recommendations on mortgages and protection products.
- Manage cases through from enquiry to completion.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations through ongoing CPD.

Qualifications
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
Required Skills
- You will have 2 years + proven experience in providing mortgage and protection advice.
- You must reside in England or Wales.
Preferred Skills
- Unlimited leads provided to help you grow your business.
- Remote working anywhere in England or Wales.
- Full autonomy over your diary and client fees.
- Competitive commission-based structure with 60% commission split on all business including on leads provided.
- IT support and resources to help you succeed.
- In-house supervision for continuous professional development, tailored to your needs.
- Team support with 2 annual in-person meetings, including dinner and overnight stay.
- Potential cashflow funding to assist with the transition to self-employment.
- Opportunities for growth, including diversification into financial advice.
