We help advisers to build a successful and sustainable business. Social media, skills training, personal development, admin support etc. We provide tailored support and guidance that you want or need, but are careful not to unnecessarily interference in the way in which you want to operate There is absolutely no “management” of advisers – just support As you might expect, advisers working with us need to be highly complaint, demonstrate ethical behaviour and deliver first class advice and service We provide a Team environment despite our advisers working remotely High rates of revenue splits, with no hidden costs Access to a full range of revenue generating partnerships When you are ready to move on or retire we will help you find a buyer and generate true value for your business

Requirements:
CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification A positive attitude and excellent team communication Client-orientated with high customer service skills and communication The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply Minimum 2 years experience of delivering mortgage & protection advice Most of our advisers deliver advice remotely throughout the UK The ability to work from home/own office Exceptional organisation skills
