Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A Customer First Culture

This is a genuinely customer centric organisation where advisers are encouraged to focus on outcomes rather than activity metrics. Rather than spending your days chasing leads, you'll be supported by a highly experienced client services and administration team, allowing you to concentrate on advising clients, building relationships and delivering excellent service.

Earnings Potential

Advisers are typically completing between 15 and 25 cases per month, supported by a dedicated administration function and consistent lead flow. Previous hires have gone on to earn up to £10,000 per month during their first year alone, with significant long term earning potential as their client bank continues to mature.

Financial Support When You Move

One of the biggest concerns advisers have about moving into self employment is replacing their employed income whilst building a new pipeline. To support advisers through the transition, financial assistance of up to £3,000 per month can be available during the first 3 to 6 months, helping provide stability while cases complete and your pipeline develops.

Who We're Looking For

  • CeMAP qualified
  • Solid 2 years plus of mortgage advice experience
  • Customer focused and relationship driven
  • Looking for greater autonomy and flexibility
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes
  • Motivated by building a long term business rather than hitting short term KPIs

The Bottom Line

If you've been considering self employment but don't want the uncertainty of generating your own leads, this is a rare opportunity to join a proven, customer focused business that combines:

Whole of Market Advice + Direct Authorisation + Pre Qualified Leads + Dedicated Administration + True Flexibility

Run your own business. Manage your own diary. Focus on clients. We'll take care of the rest.
