About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and highly successful mortgage brokerage with a strong presence across South Manchester and the surrounding areas. Built on a reputation for delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice, they have developed a loyal client bank of over 4,000 customers and maintain an impressive client retention rate of more than 70%. Their advisers support clients across all aspects of property-related lending, including first-time buyers, remortgages, home movers, buy-to-let, and affordable housing schemes. With access to a comprehensive range of mortgage products from a wide panel of lenders, they are committed to finding the right solution for every client.

A significant proportion of their business comes from existing clients, renewals, and referrals, creating a consistent flow of opportunities and reflecting the trust they have built within their customer base. Their continued success has been driven by a client-first approach, a strong focus on service quality, and long-term relationship building.

Unlike many firms in the industry, our client operates an employed adviser model, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where advisers are fully integrated into the wider team. Dedicated Client Care and Administration teams manage appointment booking and case progression, allowing advisers to focus on delivering expert advice and providing an outstanding customer experience.

As part of their ongoing growth strategy, the business is evolving into a specialist advice model, with dedicated Mortgage and Protection Adviser roles. They pride themselves on their strong team culture, low staff turnover, and commitment to helping their people build long-term, successful careers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
