Mortgage Adviser (Self-Employed)

Location

Remote, with a focus on supporting estate agency offices in and around Colchester

Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser, ready for a more flexible, high-earning opportunity with real autonomy?

We're working with a well-established, national brokerage launching a self-employed model designed for driven advisers who want the freedom to build their own business, backed by a strong brand, quality lead sources, and an established network.

This is a remote-first role, with a focus on partnering with key estate agency offices in and around Colchester as your lead source. You'll build relationships with introducers while managing your pipeline flexibly from home.

What we’re looking for

  • CeMAP qualified
  • Minimum 2 years’ mortgage advising experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with confidence to engage with both clients and estate agency branches
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own laptop and mobile phone
  • Self-motivated, with a business-builder mindset
