Responsibilities
- Provide sound and suitable recommendations across a variety of products and services
- Maintain knowledge of all institutions products, criteria, and policies
- Assess client’s overall financial situation, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable solution
- Guide clients based on their requirements and understand in detail their profile and needs
- Cultivate client base and build long-term relationships
- Fill in the client detail capture forms on all initial meetings/calls with clients to ensure proper records are captured and maintained
- Network, generate leads, and capitalize on opportunities to maximize revenue
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and understand how to pitch the right solution to maximize revenues and client satisfaction
- Achieve the revenue target assigned by the management
- Maintain your pipeline and provide updates on Thursdays and Tuesdays to your line manager
- Submit completed files to the admin team for vetting and forwarding the recommended bank
- Handle the client and the entire mortgage process end-to-end maintaining the highest service levels
- Liaise with introducers, establish, maintain, and expand on relationships with real estates, developers, introducers, and any other referral agents
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations
- Undertake and complete regular, assigned trainings on compliance and regulations
