We are seeking experienced and motivated Mortgage Advisors to join our growing team at our market leading, award-winning mortgage broker business in central HULL!
This is an excellent opportunity for high-performing mortgage professionals who are looking to develop their careers within a supportive and forward-thinking company.
About The Role
The primary roles they have are as employed Mortgage Advisors; you will focus primarily on advising clients and writing business - with leads, appointments, and administration fully supported by the in-house team.
- All client appointments are pre-booked directly into your Outlook diary.
- Hybrid working.
- Flexible working arrangements are available, including full-time or part-time options to suit your personal commitments.

Specialist Areas - operating across four key divisions:
- Residential: Purchase and Remortgage
- Specialist: Buy to Let, Secured Loans, Bridging Finance
- Age 60+: Retirement Mortgages and Equity Release
- Protection: Life and General Insurance
CeMAP or equivalent (MAQ, CF1, CF6) or CeRER (for later-life lending) are essential.
Our AR business partner is a nationally recognised business with a team of almost 40 employees and 17 active mortgage advisors.
They generate high-quality leads from across the UK, resulting in above-average loan sizes for our region.

Remuneration And Benefits
- Excellent employed package with OTE £60K - 100K
- Uncapped monthly bonus based on banked income
