The opportunity

This is a self-employed, flexible hybrid role, based in the firm’s office in Birmingham.

You will be working as part of a close-knit team, providing exceptional service to clients and giving advice across mortgages and protection. Managing incoming enquiries, working with existing clients and growing your own client bank, you will have all the tools to take your first step into self-employment and shape your own future.

You will have the benefit of working closely with the firm's Practice Principle who has some 40 years’ experience in the industry. Working to support the servicing of a large client bank, you will support with any remortgage needs as well as bringing on new clients.

What will you need to succeed?

  • CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in providing mortgage advice.
  • Strong communication skills with a client focus.
