- Complex and specialist lending requirements
About the Role
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their fully remote team. This position offers:
- A fast-paced, flexible environment focused on advising clients and generating business
- Pre-qualified leads provided
- Dedicated back-office support, handling processing and compliance, allowing advisers to maximise productivity and earnings
Responsibilities
- Conduct client appointments and deliver tailored mortgage and protection advice
- Assess client circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from an extensive lender panel
- Collaborate on protection solutions (e.g. life insurance, critical illness, income protection)
- Convert pre-qualified leads into submitted mortgage applications
- Build and manage a prospective client pipeline
- Stay updated on market trends, lender criteria, and mortgage regulations
- Coordinate with internal qualifying and case-management teams for a seamless process from advice to completion
- Achieve individual and team targets for submissions, completions, and overall performance

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong history of consistently high monthly banking or performance
- Confidence working with a varied mortgage portfolio, including complex and subprime cases

- Highly motivated, resilient, tenacious, and target-driven
Pay & Compensation
| Salary & Earnings | Details |
|---|---|
| Basic Salary | £30,000 – £40,000 (varies by experience) |
| On-Target Earnings (OTE) | £60,000 – £80,000 |
| Pipeline Support | 3–4 month guarantee for starting a client base |
| Protection Referrals | Commission opportunities |
| Lead Quality | High-quality leads provided |
| Support & Flexibility | Fully remote (work from home); no weekend hours required |
| Holiday | 25 days + Bank Holidays |
