We are looking for a highly motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our fast-paced, growing, successful team in Cardiff.
You will work closely with our team to help customers with their requirements whilst taking care of all their mortgage and protection needs.
Requirements
- CeMAP or equivalent qualified
- Experience within financial services, ideally working within an Advisory role (such as a Mortgage or Protection Advisor). The company is also willing to consider people with relevant skills and qualifications from different backgrounds, such as Paraplanners who can demonstrate client-facing or business development skills.
- Very strong technical knowledge of all lending products.
- Personality is key. We're looking for a driven and motivated individual. Candidates should have excellent people skills and should be able to prove that they are highly resilient, hard-working, and have the ability to quickly form strong relationships.

We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to join our Wealth Management arm with flexibility in remote working, dedicated paraplanning and administration team as support.
As a Financial Adviser, you’ll develop relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest levels of service and provide them with solutions in investments, protection, and retirement planning.
- To deliver bespoke solutions to advisory and discretionary clients in all aspects of financial planning.
- Provide regular financial advice to clients in line with the company’s service proposition.
- Review and respond to clients' changing financial needs and circumstances.
- Advise clients on appropriate financial solutions.
- Undertake reviews of client portfolios and compile annual suitability reports.
- Maintain performance, development, awareness of industry and legislative changes, product, and technical knowledge to maintain 'Competent Adviser Status'.
- A minimum of two years in regulated Financial Advice.
