What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UK.
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and Competent Advisor Status (CAS) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lender criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in mortgage software and tools (e.g., sourcing systems, CRM platforms).
