Company Description
HHH Mortgages specializes in a wide range of residential mortgage services, supporting clients with First Time Buyer, Buy to Let, and Remortgage needs. The firm also offers expert guidance in the Holiday Home and Holiday Let market, providing tailored mortgage solutions for these specialized property types. With a strong focus on clear advice and customer service, HHH Mortgages aims to make the mortgage process straightforward and accessible. Team members collaborate closely with clients to understand individual circumstances and deliver suitable, sustainable mortgage recommendations.
Role Description
The self-employed Mortgage Advisor role at HHH Mortgages is a full-time position offering the flexibility to work from home, with some scheduled team get togethers in person.
In this role, the advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial situations, explain mortgage products, and recommend suitable options across residential, First Time Buyer, Buy to Let, Remortgage, and holiday property markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client inquiries, preparing mortgage applications, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong mortgage and finance knowledge, including experience with Mortgages and Financial Planning.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of how to attract and retain clients.
- Candidates should be CeMAP qualified (or hold an equivalent recognized mortgage advice qualification).
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Previous experience as a mortgage advisor or in a related financial services role is highly beneficial.
