Fram is working with a growing financial services firm that is looking to engage with a Mortgage Adviser to support its expanding client base. The business has an established referral network and a consistent flow of enquiries, providing advisers with the opportunity to focus on delivering advice and building long-term client relationships rather than generating leads.
About the Role
The role involves advising clients across:
- Residential mortgages
- Re-mortgages
- Buy-to-let lending
- Associated protection needs

Clients are introduced through the firm's existing relationships, professional connections, and ongoing marketing activity, allowing advisers to concentrate on understanding client objectives and recommending suitable solutions. The position includes managing the advice process from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with the wider support team to deliver an efficient and professional client experience.
