About the Role
Are you an experienced mortgage adviser in or around the Leamington Spa area that puts the client first and makes sure they are at the heart of everything you do?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established financial advisory business with a real quality-focused ethos. You'll be working within a flourishing and supportive team of mortgage and financial advisers, with dedicated support provided from an award-winning network.
You will deal with incoming leads as well as generating new business and working with introducers to further grow your referrals, alongside the support of an experienced administration team.
There is an outstanding opportunity for a pro-active and motivated mortgage adviser to be part of a flourishing business and help take it into the future and lead to incredible success.

Qualifications
- CeMAP qualified with 2 years+ mortgage advice experience or less if you have a strong "route to market"
Required Skills
- Mortgage marketing skills
- The ability to explain information clearly and simply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
Pay range and compensation package
- Very attractive commercial terms
- Admin support available
- Ongoing development and training (where required)
