Are you an experienced Mortgage Broker looking to join a friendly, established business where you can focus on what you do best - helping clients find the right mortgage solutions?

Our client is seeking a motivated Mortgage Broker to join their welcoming team based in Woking. Working from modern offices with free parking, you'll benefit from a supportive environment, an existing client base to develop, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships while growing your own earnings.

The Role

As part of a sociable and collaborative team, you'll provide professional mortgage advice to new and existing clients, guiding them through every stage of the mortgage journey. You'll work closely with clients to understand their individual circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage products, delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Providing tailored mortgage advice to clients.
  • Managing an existing portfolio of clients while developing new business opportunities.
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Researching and recommending suitable mortgage products.
  • Managing applications through to completion.
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the process.

About You

We're keen to hear from experienced Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Advisers or Mortgage Consultants who enjoy building relationships and delivering excellent client service.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage Consultant.
  • Relevant mortgage qualifications (such as CeMAP or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and organised approach.
  • A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
