The opportunity
As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, your role is to proactively own and manage high quality mortgage, protection and GI advice following the Openwork Sales Process guidelines.
This is a permanent, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.

- Salary - up to £45,000
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 10%
- Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing communications with clients, advisers and 3rd party contacts.
- Demonstrating an excellent and comprehensive up to date knowledge of existing Openwork Mortgage, Protection & GI product suite.
- Identifying customer needs and provide accurate and compliant advice relevant to customer’s individual situation through professional and confident communication.
- Pro-actively follow up pipeline cases proactively and timely to establish a case resolution Ensuring that all cases follow the Openwork’s T&C Framework.
- Be responsible for the end to end advice process.

What will you need to succeed?
Desirable | CEMAP or equivalent
Desirable | 2 years+ experience on Mortgage Advice
Desirable | 1 years+ experience in Protection Advice
Desirable | GI sales experience
- A clear communicator who can engage clients over the phone
- Proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, exceeding quality and income targets
- Exceptional telephone sales skills
- Ability to work to predetermined deadlines in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Self-motivated with ability to work within a team
- A result orientated individual with drive, determination and a great deal of integrity
