The Role

As a Mortgage Broker Account Manager, you will deliver outstanding service—both over the phone and via email—to build strong relationships with key Mortgage Brokers while working alongside Account Managers to drive sales and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephone enquiries, providing exceptional customer service regarding product and criteria information.
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from Brokers and market insights, helping identify new opportunities.
  • Assess intermediary needs, clarify information, and deliver accurate solutions across all product offerings.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with new and existing Brokers, promoting the company’s products and services.
  • Fully immerse yourself in our policies, procedures and culture to effectively represent Together at all levels with intermediary partners.

Requirements

Essential

  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Telephone Sales experience
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities
