Role: Mortgage Broker Account Manager

As a Mortgage Broker Account Manager, your role will focus on delivering outstanding service—both via phone and email—to key Mortgage Brokers, ensuring strong relationship-building and meeting KPIs.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound intermediary telephone enquiries while providing exceptional customer service about product information and criteria
  • Updating Account Managers with regular updates from Brokers regarding market trends, helping them identify new opportunities
  • Assessing intermediary needs, clarifying information, and offering accurate solutions across all product offerings
  • Managing relationships with new and existing Brokers, promoting Together’s products and services
  • Immersion in Together’s policies, procedures, and culture to represent the company effectively with intermediary partners

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service during intermediary calls
  • Foster long-term Broker relationships through accountability and support
  • Provide market & product feedback to maintain competitive engagement
  • Drive KPI attainment alongside Account Manager teams
  • Resolve objections and problem-solve effectively

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

✅ Experience within Financial Services ✅ Telephone Sales experience ✅ Exceptional relationship-building skills and communication ✅ Strong objection-handling and analytical problem-solving ability

Desirable

🡪 CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent relevant qualifications) 🔹 Open to discussion for suitability even if requirements aren’t fully met
