Are you a mortgage professional, seeking a new opportunity where you can build your skills with a specialist, niche lender? Our client is a specialist mortgage brokerage and one of the UK’s leading experts in self-build, custom-build, renovation and conversion finance.
Our client is seeking an experienced, mortgage expert to join their specialist mortgage team. Playing a key role in supporting customers throughout their mortgage journey, you will be part of a collaborative and high performing team.

Duties will include:
- Responsible for packaging and progressing mortgage applications from Decisions in Principle, through to mortgage offer.
- Assessing cases and issuing clear requirements to customers and Mortgage Advisers.
- Reviewing financial documentation and supporting application documentation.
- Packaging and submitting fully reviewed, quality-checked mortgage applications to lenders.
- Actively chasing outstanding information to progress applications.
The successful individual will possess:
- Previous experience in mortgage case management.
- Experience processing mortgage applications from DIP through to offer.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- CeMap would be highly desirable but not essential.
