🏡 Self‑Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor
💷 OTE £40,000 – £50,000 | 🚀 Uncapped Earnings
📍 Bedworth / Warwickshire
Are you an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor ready to take control of your earnings and work on a self‑employed basis? Or already self‑employed and looking for stronger lead flow, better commission splits, and full support? Quilter Financial Planning are recruiting on behalf of one of our AR firms for a motivated advisor to join a well‑established estate agency partnership in Bedworth
🔑 The Opportunity This role offers the chance to build and grow your own client bank from scratch, supported by a consistent stream of estate agency‑generated leads. You’ll work closely with an experienced sales team, helping clients secure their dream homes while ensuring their mortgage and protection needs are expertly met

👤 About You ✔ CeMAP qualified ✔ Proven track record in mortgage & protection advice ✔ Confident generating and converting new business ✔ Positive, motivated, and professional mindset ✔ Comfortable working under pressure ✔ Full UK driving licence
