Are you an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Adviser looking for a business where you can grow, build a long-term client base and maximise your earning potential?

Inspire Financial North East is expanding and seeking a motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team in Sunderland. We are looking for an individual with the right attitude, ambition and drive to succeed, rather than focusing solely on years of experience.

Operating on a self-employed basis, you will have access to mortgage and protection leads, support from an experienced team and the opportunity to build your own successful advisory business. You'll work closely with a supportive environment that values long-term growth and professional development.

This role offers flexibility once established, with an initial office-based period to help you settle into the business before moving to a hybrid or remote arrangement.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage client cases efficiently from enquiry through to completion
  • Develop your personal referral network and generate additional business opportunities
  • Work compliantly and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the wider Inspire Financial North East team

What will you need to succeed?

  • CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Desire to build a successful advisory career
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes
  • Good understanding of mortgage and protection advice requirements
