Company Description

Purpose28 provides mortgage and protection advice to clients across the UK from our base in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, with the flexibility to work from home whilst fully participating in team training and meetings across the region. The role involves providing expert mortgage and protection advice to existing clients, tailoring solutions to meet their financial needs. Key daily responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Mortgages & Protection and the wider marketplace
  • CeMap Qualification or equivalent certification required with ideally CAS status already secured
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle a varied workload effectively
  • Prior experience in the financial or mortgage sectors is highly desirable
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
