Mortgage and Protection Training & Competence (T&C) Supervisor
Charles Cameron are a leading London-based specialist mortgage brokerage and employee benefit supplier.
We’re looking for a Mortgage and Protection Training & Competence (T&C) Supervisor to support, develop, and oversee our team of advisers. If you’re passionate about adviser growth, quality advice, and delivering great customer outcomes, this could be the ideal opportunity.
What you’ll be doing
- Coaching and mentoring advisers across both mortgage and protection advice
- Delivering training on products, regulation, suitability and best-practice standards
- Conducting observations, file checks, and adviser 1:1s
- Ensuring the T&C scheme is followed in line with FCA requirements
- Working closely with Compliance and QA to maintain consistently high advice quality

What we’re looking for
- CeMAP (or equivalent mortgage qualification)
- An understanding of FCA T&C rules, MCOB, ICOBS & Consumer Duty
- Experience supervising or coaching advisers in a regulated environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and record-keeping skills
