Mortgage Sales Manager
Location: Fully remote-based
Start Date: Immediate · Interviews · Start date: July/August 2026
Salary: Competitive basic salary with realistic OTE of £75,000+

Following our exclusive partnership with Experian, we're scaling rapidly and are now looking for an exceptional Mortgage Sales Manager with strong Complex Lending expertise to lead one of our highest-growth areas.
About the Role

You’ll lead a high-performing team of Mortgage Advisers, supported by:
- Industry-leading technology
- Real-time customer data
- Integrated CRM workflows
- Performance analytics (so your team can focus on outstanding customer outcomes)
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years managing Mortgage Advisers
- Demonstrates a strong background in Complex Lending
- Thrives by using data to improve performance
- Embracing technology (not resisting it)
- Enjoys coaching teams to exceed targets
