MOSFET Product Engineer
MOSFET Product Engineer
Our international client is seeking a MOSFET Product Engineer to oversee the new product introduction, characterisation, and qualification of Power MOSFET products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new product introductions from first silicon to production release
- Oversee product qualification within tight deadlines
- Interface with production teams in the UK and collaborate with R&D teams in Taiwan

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge in power semiconductor devices and product development
- Experience with wafer test and reliability testing
- Understanding of wafer fabrication processes
- Strong communication skills
- Degree in Physics, Electronics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
