MOT Tester Opportunities
- On-target earnings up to £43,200
- Base salary: £37,000
- Uncapped monthly bonus (average additional earnings of £6,200/year)
- 5 days a week (No Sundays)
- Extra pay through Refer a Friend Scheme (T&Cs apply)

- Currently hold a current MOT Testing Licence (or explore other roles—or; contact careers@halfords.co.uk for mechanic/technician opportunities if no licence)
- Full driver’s licence (max. 9 penalty points allowed)
- Willingness to work as a team player, including light maintenance tasks outside MOT duties
