This is a genuinely national and international creative operation, run as an employee-owned business, from the North East. The work backs it up. This is one of the most awarded agencies outside London. The client roster runs from household-name food and drinks through to motorcycle and streaming brands.
The Role
Day-to-day, you'll work across the full client range rather than sitting on a single account - that means bringing storyboards to life by leading motion projects from concept development through to production-ready delivery, in After Effects and Premiere Pro, alongside editors and artworkers.
This is not a purely executional seat. The studio expects you to sketch thinking and shape early creative direction, and to present your work to clients directly. It's also a role at a live inflexion point in the discipline: you'll integrate generative AI where it strengthens the work, not just where it speeds it up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
