Motion Designer

London (Hybrid) | Fixed-Term Contract | Rate TBC

Our In-House Creative Studio plays a critical role in how our brand shows up in our customers' lives. We are currently looking for a Motion Designer to help bring our creative ambition to life.

This is a hands-on role with real breadth. You will be producing high-quality creative assets across paid social, display, email, and digital campaigns, with a strong emphasis on motion design for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

You will sit within a modern, fast-moving studio environment working closely with copywriters, marketers, and channel teams to turn ideas into effective creative across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will also play a key part in supporting our junior designers and helping to raise the quality of output across the team.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and Production: Create polished, on-brand creative assets across a range of formats, including paid social, display ads, web banners, and email campaigns. Produce, edit, and deliver motion graphics as a core part of your workload using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Creative Scaling: Adapt and scale assets across formats, sizes, and platforms without compromising on quality.
  • Performance-Minded: Embrace best practices in performance marketing. Develop assets that can be tested and optimized for performance outcomes (e.g., CPA, CTR, engagement).
  • AI-Native: Use generative imagery and video tools to support ideation, exploration, and production efficiency. Comfortable with automation, adapting, versioning, and resizing assets efficiently.
  • Filming: Film short-form video content for social and digital channels, including lightweight shoots and on-location capture.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters to bring scripts, ideas, and concepts to life through motion and video. Participate in creative workshops, present creative work, articulate design decisions, and manage feedback with professionalism and confidence.
  • Project Management: Manage work effectively to ensure deadlines, formats, and delivery standards are consistently met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
