Rockstar is recruiting for a company that built a digital fashion platform with 50 million users across the iOS App Store and Google Play and is rapidly growing. They are in the business of fashion—it just happens to be digital. More than just an app, the platform is user-driven, a community where people connect, create, and build meaningful social experiences together. Identity, self-expression, and taste are at the core of everything they build.
Their players notice the difference between good and great, and so do they.
The Role
They are looking for an exceptional Motion Designer who loves coming up with ideas just as much as bringing them to life.
Their Marketing Creative Team is responsible for introducing the platform to the world. Every week they launch new creative experiments across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more, testing new stories, hooks, and formats to discover what gets people to install, or come back to, the app. They are not chasing pretty animations. They are chasing creatives people cannot scroll past.
The designer will have immense creative ownership. They trust the right person to shape ideas, bring them to life, and constantly explore what resonates with their audience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The designer will constantly experiment with new angles, build on previous winners, and turn creative learnings into the next high-performing ad. This is a high-output, high-reward role for someone who thrives on speed, iteration, and seeing their work go live in front of millions.
What You Will Do
- Create high-performing animated and static marketing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, App Store, Google Play, and other paid channels.
- Own the entire creative production process end-to-end, from ideation to final output, including creating or sourcing visual assets, animation, editing, music selection, and applying sound effects.
- Develop fresh concepts, hooks, and visual directions for new ad creatives. The designer sets the idea in motion.
- Continuously explore new angles, visual styles, formats, and creative approaches to find what resonates with the audience.
- Turn creative learnings into stronger concepts, fresh variations, and higher-performing ads, week after week.

- Experience creating performance marketing creatives, user acquisition ads, or mobile advertising is a strong plus.
