Motion Graphics Designer
At Vidsy
Global creative platform transforming video advertising across paid social
With teams across NYC, LA, Toronto, and London, we partner with global advertisers like L’Oréal, Amazon, PepsiCo, and more, enabling them to produce creator and AI-powered video advertising at scale.
The Role
If you love opening After Effects and experimenting with motion graphics, this is your place.
As one of our superstar Designers, you’ll collaborate with our Internal Creative Team and External Creator Community to deliver innovative social video content for brands like Google, L'Oréal, Pepsi, Unilever, and Warner Bros.
This isn’t a traditional Motion Graphics role—we’re looking for video natives who can contribute from concept creation to refinement, briefing creators, and ensuring final polish for client review.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building fresh social concepts and original content for global brands
- Directing and collaborating with external creators for high-quality videos
- Reviewing, editing, and refining creator-generated content to a near-perfect standard
- Adapting content for cross-platform distribution
- Keeping up with social media trends and best practices
- Scaling high-impact video production for brands reaching millions

Requirements
✔ Social video addiction—think Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Snapchat. ✔ Sharp design instincts to fashion fresh visual concepts ✔ Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro, with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator ✔ Methodical workflow to ensure clean projects and seamless collaboration ✔ Agile mindset—meeting deadlines in a high-speed environment ✔ Confident enough to work both independently and deeply within a tight-knit team
