Company Description

Motiv is a first-of-its-kind coaching and performance intelligence platform built specifically for direct fundraising teams. It combines real-time coaching, structured skill development, pitch support, cause-aware script intelligence, training tools, reflection, games, stories, mindfulness and performance insight to help fundraisers and fundraising leaders improve confidence, conversations and results.

Motiv has been built to support the people who make fundraising happen - from individual fundraisers and team leaders through to agencies, charities and fundraising managers.

Role Description

We are looking for freelance Marketing Affiliates with a real passion for direct dialogue to help introduce Motiv to fundraising agencies, charities, consultants, trainers and fundraising leaders around the world.

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity. It is not a salaried or full-time role, and there are no fixed hours. You choose your own schedule, work remotely, and focus on the people, organisations and markets where you already have strong relationships. The role is centred on opening meaningful conversations, building awareness of Motiv, and introducing the platform to people and organisations who could genuinely benefit from it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
