Job Title
MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER
Location: Manchester
Office based in central Manchester (hybrid possible once the team is established). This exciting new Motor Insurance brand are part of a huge Insurer. They are currently looking for several new staff with Motor Insurance claims handling experience to be part of creating a brand new First Response/FNOL department. This is a really unique opportunity to join on day 1!
Claims First Responders are the first port of call for customers when something goes wrong. You will speak to customers to understand what has happened and what damage has been done to their vehicle.

Where the incident has involved other vehicles, drivers, or damage to other property, you will gather a complete picture of that too. You will kick off the process so that our customer can get back on the road as quickly and as seamlessly as possible.
The company want to make things fast, fair, and straightforward – including when customers need to make a claim. As a Claims First Responder, you will be at the very forefront of making that happen for their customers across the UK.
This is a progressive, customer focused role, suitable for candidates who like to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be managing motor claims so motor claims experience is essential to be considered.
