RTA- Counter Fraud - Solicitor/Legal Executive/Litigation Executive
Our client is seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal/Litigation Executive with experience in Motor Fraud to join its growing team national team. You will be part of a fast-growing practice specialising in insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, including motor and organised frauds. The role involves managing your own caseload, working closely with clients, and handling all aspects of the litigation process.

Job Title: Solicitor/Paralegal/Litigation Executive
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £45,000 DoE
Previous Experience: Managing own caseload of litigated Defendant RTA files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
- Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records.
- Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
- Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice.
- Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables.
- Participate in marketing and business development activities.

About You
- Experience in managing your own litigated caseload.
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process and personal injury or Fraud (desirable).
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver a highly professional service to clients.
