Role Description
The Motor Insurance Renewals Inviter is a full-time, on-site role based in Twickenham. In this position, the team member will contact existing and previous motor insurance customers to invite and encourage them to renew their policies via letters, email, and other approved communication channels. The role involves reviewing renewal options, and gathering accurate information to support quotations. The Motor Insurance Renewals Inviter will update customer records, follow internal procedures and regulatory guidelines, and collaborate with colleagues and brokers to ensure a smooth renewal process. The role also includes handling basic queries, identifying opportunities to improve customer retention, and providing a professional, friendly experience at every interaction.

- Candidates should possess core insurance and insurance brokerage skills, including familiarity with motor insurance products and renewal processes.
- Candidates should possess finance-related skills, such as understanding premiums, payment options, and basic financial documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in an insurance or financial services environment, knowledge of UK insurance regulations, and confidence using CRM and call-handling systems.
- Relevant education (such as GCSEs or equivalent) and a willingness to undertake further training or professional development in insurance are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Twickenham, maintain professionalism under pressure, and meet performance and compliance targets.
