Overview

Vehicle parts and complex delays within repair processes are at the heart of this brand-new role. The automotive industry is evolving rapidly, creating unique challenges that necessitate this position to ensure seamless operations and efficient solutions.

Based in our Ipswich office, this is a unique opportunity for someone with deep knowledge of parts supply, repair journeys, and a passion for problem-solving. You’ll take ownership of complex cases that don’t follow standard processes, focusing on finding smarter solutions, keeping customers informed, and making decisions that improve cost and customer outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Take ownership of parts delays, proactively driving solutions to ensure repairs progress smoothly
  • Keep customers and clients informed with clear, timely communication throughout the process
  • Track orders, timelines, and inventory while maintaining accurate records
  • Explore alternative sourcing options when standard supply routes fail
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, and repairers
  • Assess repair viability, balancing cost, timelines, and total spend
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities for better outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
