Motorcycle Technician
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required
MOT Licence: Ideally required (or willingness to work towards it)
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our busy and well-established dealership. You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of motorcycles across a wide range of makes and models.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced workshop, requiring strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on all makes of motorcycles
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs (including PDI checks, tyres, brakes, oil changes, clutch work, and accessory installations)
- Conduct road tests to ensure correct operation and safety after service or repair
- Complete accurate job cards and service documentation
- Identify and report additional work or faults to service advisors or management
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and within allocated times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Provide a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction
About You
- Proven experience as a motorcycle or automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- MOT licence (preferred/ideally required)
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy workshop
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion for motorcycles (desirable)
