Position: Motorcycle Sales Executive
Location: Christchurch
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000–£55,000) Job Type: Full Time | Permanent
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in Christchurch. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about motorcycles and delivering exceptional customer service, with strong earning potential and the chance to engage with a leading range of motorcycle brands.
You will guide customers through the entire sales journey—from initial enquiry to final delivery—ensuring a seamless, outstanding experience at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via showroom visits, online inquiries, and telephone calls.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycles, financing options, and accessories.
- Provide motorcycle presentations and arrange test rides.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from enquiry to handover.
- Promote finance, insurance, and value-added accessory products.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records using dealership systems.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
