What You Will Do As Senior CAE Engineer
- Develop mechanical design schemes and detailed designs of motorcycle chassis parts and assemblies.
- Carry out the structural analysis of composite chassis components.
- Carrying out concept development for mechanical systems.
- Using hand calculations, simulation methods, modelling tools and CAE tools to size, analyse and optimise chassis components.
- Liaise confidently with internal teams across Design and Engineering plus external suppliers where required.
- Mentor engineers within the team and represent Motorcycle Development Engineering in interdepartmental meetings when needed.

What You Will Bring As Senior CAE Engineer
- Degree:level qualification or equivalent, along with proven experience in CAE Structural Analysis.
- Experience within Structural Design of composite materials.
- Proficient in carrying out engineering calculations to support analysis work.
- Industry knowledge using CAE software such as Abaqus, Altair OptiStruct. Creo Simulate would be beneficial.
- Excellent problem solver, clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to achieve project technical targets within required timescales.

Hybrid working is offered from the UK, with a split between on:site collaboration and focused work.
