North Oxford BMW Motorrad is looking for a skilled, passionate Motorcycle Technician to join our workshop team. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, thrive in a premium-brand environment, and love all things two-wheeled, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you will have:
- MOT Testing Certificate
- IMI Level 3 Motorcycle Maintenance & Repair qualification
- Strong diagnostic, servicing, and repair skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer care
- The ability to work efficiently as part of a high-performing team

What We Offer
- Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000pa (based on experience & qualifications)
- On-target bonus: £6,000pa
- Stretch bonus: £2,000pa
- 40 hours per week, with seasonal hours rotation:
- Summer: 08:00 - 17:30
- Winter: 09:00 - 16:30
- Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings paid in addition, at standard rate
- Manufacturer training and development opportunities within BMW Motorrad
- A friendly, supportive team and a well-equipped workshop environment
