Salary: Up to £37,700 basic salary plus excellent company benefits

At Vertu BMW Motorrad Shipley, we're expanding and looking for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our successful and growing team. What You'll Be Doing
As a Motorcycle Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and technical excellence. Working within our modern workshop, you'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on new and used BMW motorcycles.
- Diagnosing faults using the latest manufacturer technology and equipment.
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required.
- Conducting inspections in line with manufacturer and DVSA standards.
- Road testing motorcycles and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Accurately completing all workshop documentation and job records.
- Working efficiently to achieve productivity targets while maintaining excellent quality and safety standards.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience through high-quality workmanship.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from experienced Motorcycle Technicians, however we also welcome applications from Vehicle or Commercial Technicians who have motorcycle experience and are looking to specialise in this exciting sector.
You'll Ideally Have
- A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
- A full motorcycle licence.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- A commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
- An MOT licence (advantageous but not essential).
Previous franchise experience would be beneficial but isn't essential, as full BMW Motorrad manufacturer training and development will be provided.
