Motorcycle Technician

We are expanding and looking to recruit a Motorcycle Technician to join our growing team!
Role & Responsibilities
As a Motorcycle Technician, you will:
- Maintain new and used motorcycles to our high safety and quality standards
- Carry out inspections, repairs, and services, ensuring compliance with VOSA legislation
- Complete needed visual health checks, maintain accurate paperwork, and uphold a punctual, high-productivity workflow
- Conduct diagnostics, analysis, and road tests for vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer experience in line with our franchised standards

- A minimum NVQ/City & Guilds Qualification (Level 2) in motorcycle/vehicle maintenance
- A full motorcycle licence (essential)
- Experience in a franchise environment (preferred but not mandatory)
- An MOT licence (desirable)
- Diagnostic and road-testing experience—existing technicians with other vehicle types welcome!
Salary & Benefits

Basic salary: £30,000
