ABOUT US Indie Campers is all about freedom, exploration, and unforgettable road trips. We help thousands of travellers hit the open road every year in our fully equipped campervans and motorhomes - and we’re growing fast. To keep the adventure rolling, we’re looking for enthusiastic frontline stars who love creating great customer moments and keeping our vans in top shape. THE ROLE You’ll split your time between two key areas - Customer Service and Vehicle Operations - making every rental smooth, safe, and memorable. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Customer Service: Be the Friendly Face of Indie Campers Chat with travellers via phone and email to schedule pick-ups Welcome guests with smooth check-ins and check-outs Give fun, informative briefings so they feel ready for the road Support renters throughout their journey with confidence and care
Vehicle Operations: Keep the Fleet Adventure-Ready Clean and refresh campervan interiors and exteriors to our high standards Prepare, equip, and double-check each van before it heads out Carry out inspections and keep accurate condition reports Maintain equipment, extras, and consumables at the depot Move, park, and organise vehicles like a pro WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
