Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Motorsport Technician. The role is based in Farnham, with on-event weekend work highly likely. The Motorsport Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of performance and rally cars. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues, performing routine inspections, preparing cars for events, and providing on-event support. The role also involves liaising with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal car performance.

- Proficiency in automotive repair and maintenance
- Experience with performance car and rally car mechanics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for remote work
- Passion for motorsports and a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in automotive mechanics
- Experience in motorsports or a related field is a plus
