Move Manager – Up to £30,000
Location: Hertfordshire, WD4 Start: ASAP
Red Recruit Global is excited to collaborate with an award-winning Removals and Storage firm, seeking a Move Manager to oversee their corporate relocation services from their Hertfordshire branch. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service.
About the Role
The Move Manager will coordinate seamless corporate relocations globally, ensuring full door-to-door service delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete door-to-door relocation services for corporate clients
- Provide expert advice on client requirements and relocation logistics
- Monitor global consignment tracking remotely
- Maintain clear communications with internal teams, partner networks, and external suppliers
- Oversee financial and operational processes through a central system
- Ensure shipped items comply with contracted rates and specifications
- Assist the Team Leader in onboarding new accounts and accounts relationships

What We Need
We’re looking for proactive, organised, and customer-focused professionals with:
- Proven customer service expertise (telephone enquiry handling experience preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset
Industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
