MRF Supervisor - Rotherham
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday 05:00 - 14:00, Tuesday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00
Salary: £34,800 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of health and safety is always maintained by reporting any issues or incorrect procedures to the management team
- To oversee, control and to be the responsible person for the day to day operating and monitoring of the MRF
- To ensure a safe, clean and productive work environment is always maintained
- To report daily to the MBT supervisors and management team on the performance of the plant
- Monitoring and providing light maintenance of equipment through autonomous maintenance practice
- To lead and mentor Refinement Operatives and MSOs
- Overall responsibility of Refinement (MRF) including its outputs and quality
- To drive and lead change in the process
- Attend CI meetings and take away actions
- To carry out any other such reasonable job-related tasks that the company may require

Essential criteria:
- Good understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance
- Good people/customer service skills and to be able to communicate at all levels throughout the company and externally
- Operation of plant equipment
- To be able to drive performance and meet KPI's
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Knowledge of controlling a rota
- Willingness to manage and lead projects within the team
